I believe that your love story deserves an unforgettable wedding day. The art of floristry is one of the main ingredients in achieving this.
We offer floral design with personal and holistic approach that will make your wedding not just utterly beautiful but also unique and unapologetically you
reflecting your style, vision and personality.
I recognise the significance of my role in one of the most important days of your life. This is why understanding and prioritizing client needs is very close to my heart. It’s most important to me that you feel in safe hands with me.
I can offer you creative guidance for styling the venue, your personal flowers as well as accessories for the tablescape.
My biggest passion is to transform any
space into an enchanting place full of delicate floral scent. Scent is hugely important in my work.
Seasonality plays a big part in my style, romantic, blousy blooms mixed in with herbs and grasses, soft branches and greenery. Always echoing the time of year with organic, garden-inspired designs with an old-world feel.
For me, there are 3 parts of the floral styling for any wedding. Personal Flowers / Ceremony / Reception and each should have its own wow factor.

I have been flowering weddings for over 10 years and have heaps of experience in delivering distinctive events.

Where are you based, & do you cover the UK?
We are based in West Sussex. We deliver weddings & events throughout the UK, and can travel anywhere with our flowers
How & when should I book you for my wedding day florals?
As soon as you have booked your venue and set your date, this is the perfect tie to start planning your florals. Ideally at least one year before, but we have designed weddings in few weeks as well.
What is the investment in your services?
Our services are bespoke and personal, in order to bring your vision to life in the way it deserves our fees start from £4000 within Sussex and neighbouring counties and from £7000 further afield from my studio.
Why do you have a minimum spend?
We specialise in delivering exclusive and personal service. This means we only take on a limited number of weddings each year. I want to fully dedicate my time to each client. There is a limited number of weekends we can work hence the events we take on should fulfil the criteria that align with our ethos.
Can you visit our venue?
Absolutely, and once the date is booked, we will arrange a personal meeting and site visit with you.
Do you offer online consultations?
Absolutely. Once you reach out to me, we book in a video call to discuss your plans.
What does the booking process look like?
After an online consultation, I create a detailed personal floral design proposal for your review. Once you had time to ponder ( I hold your date for 10 days, unless you let me know to wait a little longer ) if you would like to book the date, booking fee is taken to secure the date. We don’t have to have everything finalised at this stage, but the proposal should give you a good idea if you’d like to work with me, and whether we are a good match.
We then continue to plan further, tweak and make any necessary changes. Around 4-3 months before the wedding we should finalise our plans. Final investment payment will be due 6 weeks prior to the event date.
When do you source the flowers?
During the British growing season we work with many local growers. We also work with amazing wholesalers that supply premium quality products. We have forged excellent relationships to ensure the best quality for our couples.
Do you use seasonal flowers?
Absolutely. I believe in authenticity, so recommend sourcing in season flowers for your wedding day/occasion, and that will reflect the time of year you were married in your photography.
Can you source vases, candles etc?
We have a vast collection of beautiful vessels, urns, candle holders etc., available to our couples. We can also source additional props too.
Is there a team behind Fig & Flower?
We work regularly with a trusted team of professional, and experienced freelancer wedding & event experts. The size of my team varies according to the requirements on the day.
Do you have professional insurance?
Absolutely.We are fully insured with public liability insurance.
Does the investment fee include V.A.T. ?
I am currently not VAT registered.
What will happen to my flowers after the wedding/event?
We often pack your flowers in boxes, or wrap them in bunches for you to take home or gift to your guests. We will retrieve our vessels etc. Alternatively, we can take everything away if you prefer. Green waste is composted.
Why do you charge for clearance?
Post event clearance is a huge part of the process, involving a team of professional people to dismantle arrangements and installations, and involves sourcing equipment such as vans and ladders.
In addition, we invariably work to a limited timeframe according to venue vacation time frames. All green waste must be taken away, and disposed of responsibly by us, which involved costs. My team clean all vessels and styling pieces too.
